About Us Donald B. Windler established WINCO CONSTRUCTION, CO., INC. in January 1995. He had worked on the east coast for a large General Contractor and wanted to "come back home" and start his own company. WINCO is a full service concrete contractor with the experience, manpower and latest equipment to complete a multi story building to a residential basement. WINCO has successfully completed jobs from $1,000 to $2.5 million. Since 1995, the company continues to grow based on the quality of the service it provides, due largely to the satisfaction of it's customers and their referral. In the last seven years, the company has branched into several areas to be able to provide an "all-purpose" approach to concrete. It has the laser sScreeding division so that extremely large slab pours can be finished to a perfect grade. It has also become involved in the application of what it believes to be the best spray-on waterproofing system to protect various projects from moisture problems. TIPP-MONT Concrete Pumping, Inc. WINCO has also developed a "sister" company, TIPP-MONT Concrete Pumping, Inc. to provide the service of ready-mix placement when the location or weather does not allow mixer trucks to reach the desired area. With multiple sized pumps, they can provide equipment for almost any application. The continued growth of the company has now made the multi-million dollar company land it's company headquarters at 4801 US 52 West in West Lafayette, Indiana.
